Does cashback work with an ad blocker?

Often not. An ad blocker, a privacy extension or a browser with strict tracking protection blocks exactly the kind of request that links your click to your account. It is the most common reason for cashback not arriving.

What you can do

• Switch off the ad blocker for this site and for the shop you are ordering from, then click through via us again.
• Accept the cookies at the shop. If you refuse them, the shop can't link your purchase to our referral.
• Don't use a private or incognito window.
• Complete your order in the same tab in which you arrived at the shop.

Check it in advance

In your dashboard you'll find the Cashback check. It checks in your own browser whether tracking works, and tells you if anything is blocking the click. It takes a minute and saves you a claim afterwards.

We don't ask this so that we can follow you around the web. The link only concerns this one purchase at this one shop, and without it the shop can't pay us and we can't pay you anything.
