How it works

Earn cashback in 3 steps

1. Create a free account: signing up takes 30 seconds, with no subscription and no costs.
2. Go to the shop via Cashbackie: choose a partner shop on our site and click "Shop with cashback". We send you on through a tracking link.
3. Complete your purchase: shop as you normally would. Through our tracking link the shop records that you came via Cashbackie.

When do I get my cashback?

• Straight after your purchase: the transaction appears in your dashboard with the status Pending (usually within 24 to 72 hours, although this can vary from shop to shop).
• Once the shop approves it: as soon as the shop has confirmed the purchase (usually after its return period), the status changes to Approved.
• After the validation period: once an extra validation period has passed (to catch fraud and late returns), the cashback becomes Available and you can have it paid out.

When don't I get cashback?

You are not entitled to cashback in cases such as these:

• The purchase is returned or cancelled
• The purchase is declined by the shop or by the affiliate network
• Voucher codes are used that are not on our site
• Ad blockers, cookie blockers or other browser extensions block the tracking
• You visited the shop again by another route before buying
• The tracking is faulty, incomplete or was not passed on to us
• There is fraud, abuse or deliberate manipulation of the system

Cashback is never guaranteed until the shop has approved it.
