What is Cashbackie?
Cashbackie is a cashback site. We are an affiliate partner of the shops on our site. When you shop through our links, we receive a commission and pass part of it on to you.
Does Cashbackie sell products itself?
No. You buy directly from the partner shop. Cashbackie only refers you. For questions about delivery, returns or guarantees, contact the shop directly.
Does it cost me anything?
No. An account is free and you never pay more than the normal price in the shop.
Cashback
When will my cashback show up?
The transaction usually appears within 24 to 72 hours with the status "Pending". With some shops it can take longer.
When is the cashback final?
Only once the shop confirms that the purchase is valid (after its return period). This usually takes 30 to 90 days.
Why isn't cashback guaranteed?
Cashback depends on the shop approving the purchase. If you return or cancel an order, if there is a tracking problem or if you use a voucher code from elsewhere, you are not entitled to cashback.
What can I do to make sure I get my cashback?
- Always go via Cashbackie (and not straight to the shop)
- Switch off ad blockers and cookie blockers while you shop
- Complete your purchase in the same browser window
- Don't use voucher codes that aren't on our site
Payouts
What is the minimum amount for a payout?
£10 (this amount may change).
How do I request a payout?
From your dashboard → Payouts → Request a payout. You need a UK bank account, with its sort code and account number.
How long does a payout take?
Usually within 14 working days of your request.
Account and privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. Your personal details are anonymised; financial transactions are kept for 7 years (the legal retention period for our accounts).
