When can I have my cashback paid out?

As soon as you have £10 or more in cashback that can be paid out. You request the payout yourself in your dashboard, and the money goes to the UK bank account you have entered there, with its sort code and account number.

What counts towards the minimum

Only cashback with the status Available. Amounts that are still "Pending" or "Approved" don't count yet; they first have to get through the validation period. See How long does it take for my cashback to be approved?

Why there is a minimum

Every transfer costs us money, whatever the amount. On a payout of a few pounds a large part of it would go on those costs, and that reduces what we can pay out as cashback. There are also bonuses that reward an action rather than a purchase, such as the referral bonus; without a minimum they could be paid out without any purchase at all.

Please note

If your account is completely inactive for twelve months, we close it and any remaining balance lapses. We will let you know in good time before that happens.
